Enerjisa Enerji's shareholders Sabancı Holding and E.ON announced that they plan to transfer the proceeds from this public offering back to the energy business in Turkey.*
The public offering of Enerjisa Enerji, which is one of the leading energy companies in Turkey, is successfully completed and has started trading on the Istanbul Stock Exchange with the code ENJSA as of February 8, 2018. As it was the case with the book-building process, on the first trading day investors showed huge interest in Enerjisa Enerji, of which 20% was taken public. Enerjisa Enerji A.Ş. has attracted attentions as the stock with the highest trading volume in Stock Exchange Istanbul on its first trading day.
